Next Friday Cheerleaders will be coming around to do Spirit Gear. This year you must fill out this form along with the money.
Parents please put the form and put the money and form in an envelope or ziplock baggy with the students name visable on the outside.
These need to be turned in by Friday AM to your teacher.
