Step 1: (SPRING 2019) Planning and Determining “WHAT” is a priority for our Students best interest now and in the future?
Step 2: (FALL 2019) Back to the Drawing-Board: What constraints are we up against now that we know our patrons feedback as it is today?
Step 3: (NEVER-ENDING…)Timeline of the WHAT/HOW we plan to FUND each priority.
Step 4: Revisit the needs every 3-5 years to address infrastructure demands of students and community needs.
