Online Payment Changes
West Marshall is excited to announce JMC as our new vendor for online payments! Beginning July 1st, all online payments will be made directly in JMC, our “current” student database system.
The process to make payments is fairly simple and straightforward. Once logged into JMC, there will be a button titled ‘JMC Online Deposit’ at the top of the screen on both the ‘Lunch’ tab and ‘Tuition/Fees’ tab.
Select the fee(s) you wish to pay, the amount and enter your account information. You will have the option to pay with a credit card or via ACH.
What are the associated fees for using online JMC?
If paying online fees will be calculated and show on the transaction.
- Credit card fee is 2.75% and
- ACH is 2.75% (Ex: Electronic Transfer Directly from Checking)
Remember this is purely for convenience, you may also drop off a check or cash at the superintendent’s office or your child’s school.
Will this update in “real-time”?
YES! This new online payment system will update and be reflected on your account immediately. We no longer have to manually import the payments.
We are excited about this change and hope that you find it to be a positive change as well.
Case Sensitive Password Requirements
Parents – If a parent can not log in on July 1st, they will also be taken to a screen where they can change their password.
If parents do not know their current password, and can’t change it, just have them click on the Forgot Your Password? selection at the login screen, and go through the process to set a new one.
