Your child may have the opportunity to take part in various field trips both in and outside of our school district. Your child’s teacher will be sending home more detailed information about each trip as it occurs. We need your permission in advance in order for your child to attend. Please note that your permission will be in effective through the duration of enrollment, unless we receive written notification. Please sign the form below. Thank you for supporting your child!
