2019-2020 ONLINE REGISTRATION

Available August 1, 2019

Parents and families we are pleased to offer online registration this year. We have posted all of your child’s teachers for the 2019-20 year PK-5th grade and have made available all 6th-9th grade access to your upcoming schedule. (So if you’r coming to registration just to see who your teacher will be then you know longer need to.) Feel free to use the online convenient option. You can pay online (yes, a fee applies) or drop (mail) a check off at the superintendent’s office. If we have your online registration submitted without payment, we will begin notifying families starting August 13th to pay!

 

Directions for currently enrolled students
  1. Click on this link to JMC.
  2. This will take you to JMC.  Choose the parent icon.
  3. You will enter your username and password, click login.  If you do not have this information, please contact the superintendent’s office to assist you. 641-483-2660
  4. Now click on Student Registration.  Update each page by using the NEXT button to advance the page.  This process will take you through each one of your students enrolled at West Marshall.  Click FINISH when complete.
  5. After you have verified all information, click LOG OUT.
Directions for newly enrolled students
  1. Click on this link to JMC.
  2. This will take you to JMC. Choose the new enrollment icon.
  3. You will enter the information about yourself and your child(ren) and submit it.
  4. Once your information has been received by the school, reviewed and accepted, you will be assigned a password. The school will send you an email at the address provided with your password. Your username will be your family’s last name.
  5. Once you have received the email, follow the directions for currently enrolled students.

Note: You may now pay online or drop a check off at the superintendent’s office prior to August 13th.

 

OPTION #2

ON-SITE Registration August 6th 8 AM – 8 PM

You may attend West Marshall All District Registration on Tuesday, August 6th from 8:00a.m.–8:00p.m.  Registration will be located at West Marshall Middle School at 605 3rd Street NW in State Center.  Staff from all three buildings will be available to assist with the registration process.  We will also have representatives from transportation, food service, and health services to answer all of your questions for the 2019-2020 school year.  The athletic boosters will also be selling West Marshall apparel. We look forward to seeing you there!!

Class list will be communicate by your son or daughter’s teacher prior to the school year via email communication. We will not be making copies of all class list showing which child is in which section with a specific teacher at every grade level for August 6th registration.
