DEPOSIT LUNCH FUNDS

Start the year off with a positive balance for your student(s)!  Make sure to pay off any negative lunch account balance from the prior year and have additional funds deposited by the first day of school.

No a la carte purchases (middle school/high school) will be allowed if a student has a negative lunch balance.

We recommend setting up a low lunch account balance alert so you will be notified when your student’s lunch balance drops below a certain amount.  Negative alerts once an account drops below zero will automatically be sent until the balance is back to positive.

Ways to Deposit Lunch Funds:
  1. Drop off payment to your school building secretary (when school is in session) or to the Superintendent’s office during summer hours (Mon-Thurs 8:00 am – 2:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am – Noon).  NOTE:  The Superintendent’s office will be closed the week of July 29th.
  2. Mail your payment:  West Marshall CSD / Attn:  Business Office / PO Box 670 / State Center, IA / 50247.  Checks should be made payable to West Marshall CSD.
  3. Online payments through JMC.  Use the FEE PAYMENT & LUNCH DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS:
