MISSION: The Food Service & Nutrition Department is focused on fueling student bodies & minds with well-balanced, nutritious and appetizing meals to enhance learning performance and overall health and well-being. Meals are planned to follow high nutritional standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture. Food served in our cafeterias is prepared and served by well-trained staff who meet all local, state and federal regulations to meet USDA nutritional requirements and ensure food safety. It is also of utmost importance to run an efficient food service operation in which food safety is our culture.
