Parents/Guardians of Students in 7th – 12th Grades
ONLINE ATHLETIC & ACTIVITY REGISTRATION THROUGH BOUND – STARTS JULY 15, 2026 – Click on the online registration link below or scan the QR Code on the flyer at the bottom!
Online registration through BOUND is for Middle School (7th – 8th) and High School (9th – 12th) students for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

Online registration needs to be completed before the official practice start date for each sport.

Official practice start date for WMMS fall sports: August 24, 2026
online registration must be completed prior, or student athlete will have to sit out from sport until information is submitted.

Sports Physical Forms Required AnnualLY
All students participating in sports must having the following forms completed by a parent and doctor authorizing participation for any sport. They are good for 12 months & 28 days.
