Released in October 2022, West Marshall High School was the 3rd highest ranked High School in the state of Iowa as measured by the Department of Education’s School Performance Profile. (Note: Iowa has approximately 453 high schools in the state.)
Located in State Center, Iowa (Rose Capital of Iowa), the District of West Marshall is made up of the following communities:
- State Center
- Melbourne,
- Clemons
- Rhodes
- LaMoille
- St.Anthony
The district began as it is today in 1962. West Marshall is home to approx. 850+ students who reside within the district and approx. 150+ who open-enroll in from surrounding districts. West Marshall is enriched with community pride small businesses and many 3rd, 4th and 5th generation farms working within the agriculture industry. The communities that make-up the West Marshall truly have a sense of “community and family”. Whether your neighbor or relative, people come together to support students’ education and encourage the involvement in all school activities both the arts and athletics.
School Mascot: “Trojan”
